How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing, while international orders generally take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

Subscription options are available directly on each product page. Simply select the subscription plan that fits your needs, and your favorite PcheeSKN products will be automatically delivered on a recurring basis without you having to reorder manually.

How To Return My Items?

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging to qualify. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@pcheeskn.com, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
